Change time in the
KX-TA Series
KX-TA Series
In the Panasonic KX-TA Series you must first locate the lowest numbered extension in your system
which will be extension 101. At extension 101, locate the program switch in the back of the phone and
set it to program. Your display will show "PITTS PGM NO?". At this prompt dial "0". Then you must
enter the following information as one long string of digits. *
year (2-digits) month (2-digits) day (2-digits) day of week (0=Sun 4=Thurs ) Enter hour (2-digits)
last 2 digits 01 - 12 01 - 31 1=Mon 5=Fri 01 - 12
2=Tues 6=Sat
3=Wed
Minutes (2-digits) then 0 for AM Then press the "AUTO DIAL/STORE" button
00 - 59 or 1 for PM
e.g. 040316202451 would be the string for March 16, 2004, Tuesday, 02:45 P.M.
